Early waking 8 month old

My (just turned) 8 month old won’t stop waking between 5-5:30am and i’m at my wit’s end. Bedtime wind down starts at 7pm with her asleep by 7:30pm.

She’s still on 3 naps: I have kept first nap fixed at 8:30am for some time to try and keep some structure to our day. Naps usually fall:
8:30-10:00am
1:00-1:45pm
4:30-5pm

Third nap is becoming a struggle but she just doesn’t sleep long or late enough on 2nd nap to transition to 2 nap days.

She now has 3 meals and approx 25oz milk across 4 bottles.

I have tried everything to settle her back to sleep after waking at 5ish but nothing works and I’m unsure what to try next.

To add: I’m very grateful she does self settle and sleep solidly but she is only getting 9.5hrs some nights and results in a grizzly and whingey child in the day.

prepared to be told I’m wrong as I’m only talking from experience of myself and small mum group but I think that’s fairly normal.
I guess obvious things to try are making sure that room is dark, not too hot or cold, etc but to be honest if she’s ready to be awake she’ll be awake. Sorry.

I'd try dropping your third nap, but also welcome to motherhood! Early wake ups are just part of the parcel. Once they get to about 10 they don't rise as early so it's not forever.

Too many naps. Two should do it.

I would knock back the 8.30 nap to 9.30/10 then the afternoon nap to 1/2 no 3 rd nap
But waking around 5.30 /,6 is pretty normal

I agree with cutting the 3rd nap- I've just cut my 8m/o's 3rd nap a couple of weeks ago and he now sleeps longer on the other 2 naps (if we're home) so he goes about 10am for 1.5 hours then about 2ish for an hour or so, bed at about 7

Have you considered adjusting your baby's nap or bedtime schedule a little? Sometimes even a small change can make a big difference. Keep going; you're doing great!
