Baby wide awake after night feed

My baby is now 12 weeks old and only seems to wake up once in the night now - thank god!

However when she's had her feed she is completely wide awake. I don't talk to her as I feed, I keep the lights off except the night light that we have on all the time, and the white noise machine is always playing.

Usually she takes her dummy and I soothe her to sleep by gently stroking down her nose and around her eyes. But she seems to be trying to chew her dummy now instead of sucking and shakes her head when I try to caress her face.

Any tips to get her back to sleep?

Pop her on your chest, without dummy and soothe her there, tap her bum. It also helps with digestion to keep her upright. When she’s settled, transfer her into bed

She doesn't like laying on her belly and if she does she keeps lifting head up to look around or she rubs her face into my chest
