Hi everyone,

I was just wondering how I'm going to get my 1 year old to sleep through the night? If you have any tips or tricks? She wakes a few times in the night still and it's not always for a bottle it's just to moan and whinge and it's hard work! I'm shattered! 😴 she has her nap between 11-1 and is usually asleep for an hour and half two hours. She then wants to settle for bed between half 7 and 8 which is fine but it's her staying asleep til morning that's the hard bit 😩 anyone have any hints or tricks? 😊

No tips or tricks here really! Unfortunately for the parents it’s developmentally normal for babies to wake throughout the night up to 3 years (and beyond!). That’s not to say you can’t make changes though if you need to! I hope someone has some helpful tips for you! I did buy the no cry sleep solution but I’ve not implemented anything… I’d heard it was good for a gentle approach! Also Lyndsey Hookway on instagram is great for baby sleep information! Good luck x
