Can anyone help - baby only sleeps in pram for naps

Just looking for any advice or tips on how I can help my 6 month old baby break her nap association with being in the pram.

Always done lots of pram naps, I enjoyed getting out in the fresh air baby has always slept well in them. She can link naps etc so naps from 40mins - 2 hours. She loves her sleep in the pram. Conscious that she won't fit in her bassinet much longer though! Going to sleep at bedtime is not an issue.

I've been trying to sleep train recently. Initially with a lot of success but then she started to fight them and will now just intensify the crying and nothing will soothe her (she goes bright red and blotchy when she really cries and I feel awful!). I've done Ferber method and she has eventually sometimes fallen asleep but it's literally for a few mins and then nothing will get her back to sleep! I can't let her go on for longer than 45-hour and definitely not if she's really crying during this.

Has anyone got any tips please? Anyone managed to break the pram nap? Thanks!

Is she sleep trained for nights? Would she contact nap? It's the motion she likes I'm guessing so could try jiggling the cot or rocking to sleep and transferring to the cot? Neither ideal but would be a gradual step in the right direction if you're not comfortable with CIO.
