4m old Wake windows when cat napping

Hi all.
so we’ve hit the regression massively in the last 3 weeks. Things are getting worse and I’m unsure if my little ones teething also. He used to be able to be put down and he would go off after 1hr 20 awake time happily on his own and have up to 2 hrs nap!

My problem is that my little one is now only having naps of around 30-40 minutes which I know is very normal for his age. However he still seems tired after them and I cannot resettle him as he just ends up hysterical. I have huckleberry and it’s worked out my average from my logs and suggests wake windows of 1.5-2hrs. However getting him even past an hour is hard at the moment.

I saw a post on Instagram from themummyanddaddysleepconsultant and it had a graph saying if your baby has a nap less than an hr at 4 months then put them down again 45-60 mins after last cat nap. This seems really short? Has anyone else tried this and it worked?
I feel like if I follow this he will be on 6-7 naps a day (wakes at 5am) and this goes totally against huckleberry and the average naps/ wake windows for his age.

I can’t follow sleep queues as he literally goes from happiest boy ever to inconsolable within minutes! He doesn’t rub eyes/ go distant etc. which is why I want to try follow rough wake windows
