Dropping naps for a toddler

My 20 month old DD usually has one afternoon nap but has not taken it for the last two days. Even without the nap she goes to bed between 7pm and 7:30pm and sleeps until 7:30am.

Is this the end of her naps ? Selfishly I am very tired and really enjoyed having a break midafternoon to catch up with housework and mumsnet other important stuff.

My DD (23.5 months) has done this on and off aince 18mo but is currently in day 5 of excellent new in-cot-every-afternoon phase. Quite handy given that I'm 37 weeks pg.

Don't worry - this could definitely be temporary. DD also sleeps 7.30-7.30 at night and this week has gone down for 1.5-2 hours every afternoon. She does nursery halfdays on Tues, Wed, Thurs and had 1.5 hours on those days, yesterday as she slept for 2 I remarked proudly to DH that it must be more stimulating being with Mummy in the morning - he said 'yes, or boring'. Charmer. Has been down for 2 hours now and she spent this morning with Daddy whilst Mummy lazed around .
