10 months old one nap a day - at nursery!

I came here to post about my 10 month old who is only napping once a day and I am concerned. I see there is already a thread on this topic today! But our situation is different because she is at nursery full time, so here is a new thread.

She usually wakes 6 - 7am, used to have a nap at 10am at nursery but lately has been refusing this for them (too interested in activities, other children). They eat at 11am and then she sleeps 12.30-3pm. We pick her up at 5pm and then bed at 7-8pm.

Some days she will sleep less at nursery and then she is overtired and cranky in the evening, sleeps badly at night.

In fact night time sleep is still challenging overall with plenty of wake ups. We haven't sleep trained but considering it - however all methods emphasise the importance of good naps first, and that's much harder to control at nursery.

We are very happy with the nursery overall and don't want to move her. They won't let her nap through 'lunch' at 11am, and at 3pm the lights go on and there are activities so it would be hard for her to have a later nap too.

Any suggestions? Should we all wake up at 5am and put her to bed at 6.30am (only half joking?!)

Not in the UK if it's relevant

TIA!
