21 month old sleep 5am wake ups

Hello first time poster here. My 20 month old has started wakening at 5am every morning. She won’t go back to sleep no matter what I do so we’ve been getting up for the day but she’s shattered and it’s affecting her mood.

I’ve tried earlier/later bedtimes & longer/shorter naps but it never seems to make a difference.. Her room is dark, we have a blackout blind up so it’s not the lighter mornings causing the early wake ups. She’s also started wanting us to sit in her room till she falls asleep (this isn’t really an issue for us) but she had stopped needing us there so seems a bit random.

She’s always been a good sleeper sleeping 10-12 hours a night, wakening between 7/8am and one nap a day usually after lunch for anywhere between 1-2.5 hours.

Anyone been through the same thing? Any suggestions how I can get her to sleep longer in the morning? Or if you toddler is an early riser please share your routine.. i usually go by rough wake windows for naps etc but feel a bit lost if I should be keeping her usual routine of nap after lunch, or put her for nap at say 10:30 if she’s up at 5? Any help is appreciated.
