7 month old schedule advice?

my baby is waking up crying everyday around 4-5 am and takes about 15 min to resettle but she’s very loud 😭 i guess she is overtired? Anyone have any advice who’s gone through the same thing. She is really happy and playful in the day and isn’t waking for hunger.

wake 7am
nap 1 at 9.50am anywhere between 1.5-2hours
nap 2 is just under 3 hours after this
bed falls around 7.30pm or around 3 hour 15-30 after nap 2 ends.

thank you!

It’s usually 1.5 hours, give or take 15 mins or so

Hmmm good question!
She passes out like a light so I think she is, could probably add 15 mins! Shes been doing this for soooo long and I thought I wouldn’t mess with schedule but actually realise it’s been like a month 🤣

Are you on insta? I use the routines from the blissful baby expert on there for my 5 month old and they work for us so far. Your 7 month old is maybe having too much day sleep so undertired? There’s a specific routine on that insta for 6-10 months and would be less day sleep than that

Hey! I did look at her account - thank you! I honestly can’t really make sense of the routine, the timings confuse me :(

the books I’ve read also say that time is when sleep pressure is getting low and linking sleep can be harder. My baby definitely gets more restless. Do you do a night feed? Is the sun coming up early starting to come into babies room?
