Anyone successfully slept trained with a 10/11 month old?

Don’t want to be flamed or to co sleep please but I am feeling broken and desperate for help.

10.5 MO has and can sleep through the night but isn’t consistent maybe get 1 day a week but it’s not enough to recharge me.

I trained DC1 at 4.5 months who was and still is consistent unless DC2 wakes her.

due to go back to work so need to nip this in the bud, what sleeping training method is best for this age?

day looks like this
5/5.30 -wake (I’m ok with this as need 6.15 latest for work)
9 ish - 20/30 min nap - any longer and wont nap long at lunch
12.30/1 - 1.5 hour nap
6.30/6.45 - bed time

will wake 2 times at night, no feeds but needs rocking / holding back to sleep - this is the killer on my back! often poos in the night so that’s another ball game as then fully awake for about 2 hours.

DH does help mid week if it’s bad or I’m sore from holding and rocking but mainly does weekends. Go to bed at 8/ 8.30 already so can’t go any earlier, won’t be getting in till 5.30/6 once back at work!

I tried the pick up put down method around 6 months but felt it sometimes caused more disturbance or over stimulated when put down, anyone done Ferber at this age? The training I did with DC1 I think was gentle version of Ferber but tried that at 4.5 months and just kept waking DC1 up so that was hard, will be able to talk to DC1 and explain this time as understanding is pretty good now at nearly 3.

We dropped the morning nap at this age which seemed way too young but it fixed the nights. Lunchtime nap extended to 2 hours.

Thanks, I think if they woke at 6/7 they would cope on one nap but up at 5 and they need a morning nap.

anyone else sleep trained at this age?
