Goes to bed 1900, gets woken up by her brother most days at 0600 although if he leaves her alone we wake her up at 0700

GeckoFeet · 06/05/2024 19:21

Goes to bed at 8pm and gets up at about 6:45am

My son is 3.5 and is normally asleep by 8pm and wakes up naturally around 7.30am (I have to wake him ten mins early to get him to his childminder on time). He dropped the last nap at 2.5.

Sleeps around 8-8.30, wakes for the day between 6.30-7, most of the time.

One twin goes to bed around 745 (takes 15 mins max to fall asleep) - we have to be up at 6am but they would probably sleep later if I let them

Other twin usually asleep by 9 😢 - yes they have the same bed time - but this one is an utter nightmare. Awake naturally by 6am

Neither sleep through the night 😭

CandiedPrincess · 06/05/2024 19:38

Bed by 7/7.15pm, up at about 6.30am

CheeseAlways · 07/05/2024 11:19

Do you have a gro clock? Best money I ever spent 😂 mine wakes early sometimes but respects the clock and doesn't get up til it changes colour

Gro clock never worked for me

Nothing does 😂

It's been interesting in raising twins to see if it's nature or nurture when it comes to my parenting and I can 100% say it's nature! Twins raised exactly the same with the same meals and activities. One is a terrible sleeper and an early riser and the other isn't
