Baby has started resisting day time naps

My baby is just coming up to 7 months. She would previously have 2/3 naps a day. The first, 2 hours. The second 2 hours or 1 hour followed by a 30 minute late afternoon nap.

For the past 3-4 days her first nap time has been cut short, to 1 hour 10 minutes, and it takes her about an hour to fall asleep even in the carrier, which usually gets her down quickly.

Her second nap seems to be ending after 40 minutes. She’s quite overtired and hyper.

She slept well at night until the four month sleep regression. Since then, she wakes regularly for milk/just to suck for comfort (we cosleep). She goes to bed at 7.30/8 and wakes up between 6–8 am.

Any tips? Just a phase or the new norm?
