We are have used the love to dream swaddles since baby was born, and now we have been using the LTD transition swaddle. I started with one arm out and now we are on 2 arms out however he is waking up bang on 30 minutes. He was already doing short naps anyway but a good 40-45 minutes. Did anyone else experience this? He is falling asleep fine with his arms out but clearly it’s waking him up after one cycle therefore we are still on 4 naps a day

We've had this same problem, except we had to go cold turkey overnight into a normal sleeping bag as he had started rolling in his sleep. After a few rough nights pinning down his arms he had some good nights sleep but two weeks later we were back to square one. We had reverted back to things like feeding and cuddling him to sleep which I don't think helped. So my advice would be to try and stick to your original routines/habits!
