11 Month old = NO SLEEP

I’m hoping someone can help me I’m really struggling with my daughter. I’ve had two nights of almost no sleep at all, she’s never been the best napper in the day but it seems she’s getting worse. She has a bedtime routine and she’s got better at sleeping through 7pm - 7:30am which took a while itself to implement. She’s now waking up to play in the early hours and will scream my flat down and refuses to settle back down. I’ve always been able to get her back to sleep with a bottle, cuddle or her dummy. She has her own room which I have a bed in so I can stay with her when she’s fussy. She has just began crawling too.

Any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure if it’s a regression or something I'm
doing wrong. I’m a first time mum but I’ve never really heard of this with anyone.

When they learn a new skill their sleep can go abit crap. Itl prob be back to normal in a few days!

As mentioned, it could be temporary due to the crawling as new skills can lead to unsettled nights.

If it persists past a week or two though, it could be she no longer needs as much sleep as 12.5 hours overnight is really quite a lot. Perhaps you could try a later bedtime or earlier wake up time for a few weeks and see if it helps?
