Did you sleep train them as a baby?

Didn't sleep train

No not at all, I don’t believe in sleep training. All mine got up varying amounts until they were about 4 and have slept through ever since (apart from sickness or nightmares . You will get your sleep back

I have a 2 and a half year old who has only just started to sleep through. Attempted sleep training which didn't work well. So took a more gentle approach and it seems to have worked. It's taken over 6 months though 😬

When you say wakes in the night what exactly do you mean?

I sleep trained all of mine. My current 3 year old sometimes wakes once or twice in the night usually because her covers have come off. We tuck her in and she goes back to sleep. Doesn't wake other than that. Experience says once she's older and capable of putting her own covers back like the older kids they may wake but can sort themselves and don't wake me!
