My daughter is almost 2 and has always been a v.good sleeper, however she now wakes up @ 6.15 and cries/calls out for me.
She goes to sleep no problem @ 8pm and sleeps for approx 1hr in the afternoon.
She only seems to go back to sleep/is quiet if she gets into my bed.
She had water in her cot and I change the toys/books. I have tried a nightlight v pitchblack and have tried leaving her crying v going in and telling her it's too early.
I really don't want to get into the habit of having her in my bed at this late stage or am I being unrealistic in expecting her to play for 30 mins in the morining?

maybe you should try to keep her up later? I have no idea - I only have a daughter who is 8 months old, but seems like a good idea. or give her milk at night??

Ooo - that was quick!
She does have warm milk before bed and on the few occasions when she has been up later it doesn't really have any effect - thanks for your suggestions though.
