4.5 month old waking early

4.5 month old is always awake by 5:45-6am. Now I know that’s an acceptable time but if I feed him he goes back to sleep till 7. He will feed & go back to sleep in my arms even if he fed at 4:30am so can’t see he’s waking for hunger. Bedtime is usually 8pm so it’s only 10 hours sleep a night. Any suggestions? I feel like he’s waking for habit now to have a feed & fall asleep on me.
4 naps a day as they are short

It will pass. It's a quite normal sleep pattern I think.

Sounds perfectly normal for that age

10 hours a day overnight is good at 4.5 months. All the routines you see online are designed on 12 hours sleep but it’s not realistic. We’ve done some work with a holistic sleep consultant who said the 10-11 hours my 6 month old does is perfectly normal at this stage

Thanks all, hopefully it’ll pass then. I do go to bed at 9 to try get as much sleep as possible but when he feeds at 4:30 and is awake again by 5:45 I’ve not long gone off to sleep myself so really means starting each day at 4:30. Husbands away for 10 nights and I’ve got both kids so feeling it a bit 🥱
