looking to see if anyone else has experienced this!
My 18 month old has been an amazing sleeper since 6 months, always gone down for naps no problem and slept 12 hours a night, very lucky I know!!
He dropped down to 1 nap about 7 weeks ago, was a bit rocky to start and then he was napping for 2-2.5 hours, thought he had cracked it, then the naps gradually got less and less and now he has been having 40 min naps for the last 10 days, basically wide awake after one sleep cycle... has anyone else had this? Will he go back to long naps??? I am self employed and rely on his naps to get some work done!! feeling stressed!
Any reassurance would be great! xx
