What tog quilt?

Thinking of moving dd 21mths to a bed and was wondering what tog quilt to get her.

depends how warm she tends to get at night
we got ds a 10tog one and it was waaaaaaaay too hot for him, had to replace with a 4.5

Our house is quite warm and she has never been one for lots of covers so 4 or 4.5 sounds good.
