They operate on a pretty wired stage anyway. Tend to be a type A personality with school and hobbies. Like to do things correctly and prone to dysregulation when tired.
They play sport for two local teams and struggle to wind down afterwards. The routine can’t change unfortunately so I need them to try and wind down enough post match in the evening to play another match in the morning. Anyone have any ideas for natural remedies or regimes? I’m wondering about magnesium. Im going to go into a health shop in a minute and see if there’s anything with children in mind.
