Trying to sleep train, sort of

All I want is for my dd to stay n her cot.

It’s not even midnight and I’m exhausted. Lots of crying and roaming around cot.

How old is she? And how do you usually get her to sleep? It can be tiring just knowing you will be woken up soon x
