Weaning off omeprazole now CMPA under control

Hello

my little one (6m) had terrible reflux (we think caused by CMPA which is now under controll). He is almost fully weaned - hugely cut down on milk and 3 meals a day which are quite substantial. He has been really content for about 4 weeks now which has mainly happened since weaning ramped up. Would you now start to cut down omeprazole? I would love to hear people’s experience of ramping down at this stage
