What is your baby sleeping in in this weather?

Just wondering what tog sleeping bag to use and what to put baby in in this weird weather at the moment? I feel like he might not be sleeping well because he's too warm at night. And I'm unsure what to put him in because it's not hot but it's not super cold either.

A baby mori 1.5 tog sleeping bag.

@App13 and what do dress your baby in at night? Vest and baby grow?

a vest with fitted cotton bottoms and top.

I have a 2.5 tog mori one too when it gets to about 4 degrees at night.

I check the night temperature daily. and the heating is one v v low to keep an ambient luke temp upstairs.

Im v paranoid about dd getting cold at night, but also too hot!

My son is in a 1.5 and a onesie, no vest. He's sleeping a bit better now than the 2.5 plus vest.

I changed because he frog-legged and fell asleep during a night time nappy change, and he just looked like he'd stuck his legs out of the duvet to cool down, haha.

Thank you for the replies. My ds was sleeping in a vest, baby grow and 2.5 tog until last night but he was restless in his sleep which I now think is because he was too warm. Think I'll put him in vest, baby grow and 1 tog tonight. So hard what's the right amount 🙉

Oh, one thing I found btw was that I tried out long sleeve vest and 2.5, and he drove himself nuts rubbing his feet together.

So I don't recommend bare legs whatever the weather!

@thecatsthecats yeah it's funny my ds just turned 5 months today and is already in 6-9 month baby grows and I've had a nightmare trying to find 6-9 month baby grows with mittens as he sticks his fingers in his mouth all night long if his hands are out. So many things to think about!

Literally changed my LOs sleeping bag last night from a 2.5 tog to a 1.5 tog. He has been teething awful and the few times I’ve had to go to him in the night I’ve thought he was a touch too warm. First night in the 1.5 tog last night he slept like a log! Wondering if he was just a bit uncomfortable. He’s in a vest and thin cotton babygrow….
