Tell me your 12-14 month sleep routines!

I have a 13 month DD and sleep has always been tricky! She is still BF (obviously with meals in day as well) and we’ve been cosleeping pretty much since birth.
Been struggling with routine lately as she has gone down to one nap (I’ve tried to give her two but she absolutely refuses them and then I run out of time!). She’s never been a high sleep needs baby and has never given loads of sleep cues. needs lots of support to sleep. Generally happy in the day.

I’m just intrigued at what other people’s days look like with their LO as I’m always worried she’s not getting enough sleep!

Here’s a rough typical day of ours:
7:30-8am - Awake
Breakfast
Go to a baby group
Lunch or snack
11:30/12 - Nap (1.5-2 hours)
Snack
Play
Walk/Park
Dinner
Bath/wind down/story
7:30/8 pm - Bed
Sleeps next to me and I wakes frequently but briefly in night but is settled easily with BF/dream feeds as long as she’s not teething/sick.

Hit me with your routines!!
