When did you move your baby from a swaddle to a sleeping bag?

My son is 7 weeks and very big, so thinking of moving him to a sleeping bag soon, just nervous about him waking himself up more! When did others make the move?

Ours went straight in one, but depending on his size you need to be careful that they fit well. Even in the 0-3 months one's the head whole can be quite big, and you need to be certain baby can't wriggle down inside it.
