Does this sound like 4 month sleep regression?

Hello all,

FTM and new to mumsnet. I have a 15 week old DD who decided from about 6 weeks old that her bedtime is 6pm! She goes down after a bath, story and bottle. She goes down awake in the bedside crib and settles herself to sleep. She is happy doing this… just gets herself comfortable and then drifts off. She is still swaddled, as showing no signs of rolling, and has white noise on in a dark room with a dummy. She then sleeps until 10/11pm when she wakes for her first feed of the night. She then settles herself back to sleep until 2/3am when she wakes for her second feed of the night. This is all fine, but what has now started happening - instead of her sleeping until 6am or later after her second feed, she has started waking at 4am and cries out. The dummy settles her. She then cries out at about 4:30am and again the dummy settles her. She then usually settles until about 5:15ish when she cries out again. This time the dummy doesn’t settle her, so I get her up, change her nappy and put her back down and she usually settles until at least 6. Is this due to a regression or is her bedtime too early maybe and she is just ready for the day? If so, how would I go about moving bedtime later? She only catnaps in the day (5 naps of about 30-45 minutes, which I believe is developmentally normal at this age) so by 6pm she is tired and if I try keeping her awake she would get hysterical. Sorry for the long post, just wanted some ideas of why these wake ups might be happening?
