Night weaning help!

Hi all,

Currently weaning off little one (14 months) off breastfeeding entirely. I have dropped Daytime feeds over the last 3/4 weeks and working on night feeds now.

It’s now day 3 and seems a little easier however I am having to rock/sing her to sleep.

Is this going to be a problem? I go back to work soon and I don’t want to be rocking her to sleep instead of feeding … completely defeats the purpose for me 😭

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I’m also on day 3 of night weaning. He’s woken up twice now screaming after 2 relatively successful nights :(

I think/hope that for both us it will slowly get easier as they adapt and eat more food during the day. best wishes :)

Good luck! I honestly don’t mind the screaming but just scared that I’ll be rocking her to sleep from now. Last night was better and she fell asleep quicker so hopefully it’s a positive sign! How are you getting your LO back to sleep?
