1 year old split nights?

Hoping for some help on what's causing split nights? She's 12.5 months

Her current routine is roughly this

6/6.30am wake
9.30/10am nap for 1-1.5hr
2.30/3 nap for 30min/1 hour depending how long had in morn
7.30/8pm asleep

So I usually aim for 2 hours nap and 11 hours at night, which was working ok, was having 1 or 2 wakes in the night where I either patted her in the cot or cuddled her. She used to self settle but now won't, that's another story but doesn't seem to make any difference me cuddling her to sleep so happy with that for now.

The last few weeks she's been waking between 11.30 and 12.30 then awake for up to 2 hours, cries in the cot which is what she usually does if she wakes, won't settle in the cot so I get her out to cuddle her and she's fine, not upset but just awake! I've tried feeding her which she takes but doesn't help her fall back to sleep like it usually does, just lays on me with her eyes open for up to 2 hours then eventually gives in!

I really don't think she's overtired at bedtime, she's still happy in the evenings, wondering if she could be under tired but I'm not sure as if she only has 30 min afternoon nap you'd think she'd be tired enough at bedtime?
