Hi there - thinking of using Andrea to help sleep train my baby. Just wondering if anyone has any recent experiences? Thanks.

Hi there, just wondering if you went ahead and contacted Andrea Grace and if so how you have found the experience? I am looking for help for one of my oldest friends who has a four year old that has never slept through the night and I just don't think they can sustain this much longer. Thank you.

I've not heard of Andrea Grace but can reccommend Sarah Carpenter!

Thanks Geranium 1984, did you use her yourself? Was it for a baby or slightly older child?

Yes I did, search Sarah Carpenter on here and I gave a couple of updates during/after.
My little girl was 10mo at the time.
I really liked the live monitor support. I have worked with another sleep consultant with my son where they give you a plan (no different to books) and text message support but it doesn't help when your wondering what to do in the night or when a nap goes wrong.

We're now back in sleep hell with my 3yo just having dropped his nap and switching to a bed so he's up and down in the night and wakes up my DD 🤯🤯🤯 might be phoning sarah again!

We spoke with Andrea grace for our dc1 about 5 years ago. It was wonderful - it took one night of Andrea's suggestions and he was sleeping through the night (from at least five wake ups a night).
