Have we done this the wrong way round?

My LO is 3mo, and we started a little bedtime routine around a month ago. Around 6pm when she's starting to get grouchy we run the bath, and milk in our bed, then keep her upright for a little while so milk goes down, and she's usually in the Snuz pod next to our bed with the camera on at 7.30pm. She has started sleeping through which is amazing and we're lucky I know. Sometimes she wakes at 11 if she's hungry but goes back down again.

The issue is, she wakes at 3.30-4.30am, has another bottle and will sleep on either one of us, but as soon as her head hits the Snuz pod she wakes, no matter what. And then she's up. This morning I took her downstairs after just giving up and letting my husband have some sleep at around 5.15 and she's wired. We're thinking after that bottle, she's just awake and this is get up time?

Have we done things the wrong way and should've done bath and bed time much later ie 10-6am and bring it forward by increments? I don't know how we just extend her from 4am? Help!

I’d just keep her sleeping on you / co sleeping (safely, of course) in the early mornings. It sounds like she’s doing very well for her age (and things will probably change at 4 months) so I wouldn’t try anything too tricky.

I think you should let her sleep later than 7pm
