3 month old and napping

Hi all. My 3 month old DD is a great sleeper at night (not gloating - realise this could change at any moment so making the most of it!) but in the day time will only nap is she is physically on me. I realise this is somewhat normal but I would like to try to encourage her to take some naps on her own, does anyone have any tips please? She will sleep for 2-3 hours on me happily in the afternoon but if I put her down she is pretty much instantly awake.
