3 Year Old Sleep

We are struggling.
Our 3-year-old doesn't nap, goes to sleep at 7 pm, and wakes up at 6 am. This we can live with. The problem is every night between 10 pm - 2 am he gets out of his bed, makes it and brings himself into our bed. We have followed the HV advice and go in the comfort him when he shows signs of stirring to reset his sleep pattern. We have also tried taking him back into his bed and leaving him, taking him back into his bed and lying with him until he falls back to sleep and we have tried to let him fall asleep in our bed and take him back to his. None of these are working, he either brings himself back into us or screams the house down.
We love him, but we need our bed back and a decent night's sleep.

I wish I had good advice for you - other than this too shall pass. All 3 of mine did this for varying amounts of time. Different things worked for each one... Have you tried making a little bed on the floor in your room for them? Or a mattress on the floor of theirs? Sadly the only answer with the littlest was to buy a bigger bed

Thank you for replying.
We haven't tried putting him in our room in a bed as I didn't want to encourage him coming into us when he goes back to his room again if that makes sense. He was amazing sleeping in his own bed at first. I may look to get a futon for his room and sleep with him to see if that makes a difference. Thank you again 😊

Hi, how are you getting on with your little ones sleep? We're a few weeks in and feel like things are getting worse!! I'm going to his room to settle him six times a night 😭

Searching old threads for advice as I'm in same boat. Has there been any improvement OP? I've given up and my DC just ends up in our bed.
