Things changing of a night

Hi all

Our son, as you can see from our posts has always been a bad sleeper. However since December he has been going in his own cot and going through until morning with 1 wake up. Hooray!

However the last week there has been a change, when we get him to sleep, we give him his milk etc in our bed, he then almost doesn’t want to be held by us, and rolls around on our bed. Eventually he does go to sleep after getting himself worked up. He does the same for his nap and takes a while to get him off to sleep where as normally it is 10 mins max. If I put him into his cot awake he cries a lot. Then for his wake ups in middle of the night he is arching his back and again so restless refusing milk, dummy etc, he seems distraught and in pain. What could this be please? It’s not nice to see.
