Sleep regression started on 1st Jan. she’s now five months old. Last week we had a couple of good nights in a row and good naps in crib (she managed to get herself back to sleep after waking at 35 mins). However, we’re back to waking up constantly and not getting past 35 mins at nap time. I thought it was over!
I suppose it wasn’t going to improve over night. Although it did start over night. Is this typical? Will improvement be slow?
