Recently, LO had been following a consistent schedule for the past three weeks. Previously, he would wake up every night and stay awake for at least an hour.
His current routine involves waking up around 07:00, having two naps at 10:00 and 15:30. The first nap lasts 1.5 hours, and the second one is 1 hour. Bedtime is at 20:30. His WW 3/4/4. However, over the last week, he has started waking up again, and it's becoming challenging for him to fall asleep for his naps. Unfortunately, adjusting his bedtime isn't an option.
I've experimented with a one-nap schedule for three days, but it turned out to be chaotic. He gets overtired and grumpy. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and what strategies have worked for you?
