7 month old catnapping

I can't get my 7.5 month old to nap in her cot for more than 35 mins...she is put down wide awake and falls asleep herself within 10 minutes and she sleeps really well at night, most times sleeping 11 hours straight. But she refuses to nap longer than about 35 minutes.

I have tried shortening and extending wake windows, played around with dropping the 3rd nap of the day but nothing seems to work. She always wakes up happy though even from a short nap. Yo get her to nap longer I have to take her out in the pram but she is starting to wake up half way through the walk now.

Just wondering if anybody has been in a similar situation and has any tips.

That’s all pretty impressive stuff - sleeping in her cot and self settling. A lot of babies wouldn’t be able to do that!
If she’s waking up happy and doesn’t seem to be overtired I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Cat naps can be ok and she will extend when ready. Can recommend Lyndsey Hookway on insta for info on normalising baby sleep - she has info on catnapping.
