Please can I have some advice….

My daughter is 5 weeks old and seems to sleep a bit better if we go to bed late. We’ve been going at 11pm (which is still late I know) but after a feed it takes her over an hour to settle and she’s then up at least twice for feeding during the night, again taking a while to settle. When I go to bed later, say 1am, she seems to settle better.

Do I need to get a bedtime routine or am I OK to go to bed later for now?

I think in the first few weeks you do what works for you and your little one. As long as they are not getting overtired - what time is her last nap? Make sure you look out for their signals and support them to sleep as soon as you can.
Being up for feeding throughout the night is completely normal and nothing to worry about (although tiring!). Try and work on helping her settle as quickly as possible - rocking/singing/sushing/patting/feeding. Good luck xx
