What does your 6 month old routine look like?

We are struggling and looking for help as internet says diff things - 2-3-4 schedule OR by the clock OR wake windows OR three naps OR two!!! Who knows?!!! Help!!

Most will still have 3 naps, so I'd assume yours will and just be aware that if there's resistance to try 2 naps just in case.

Mine was a 2 naps.
Woke up 7.30
Nap in buggy approx 10-11.30
Nap in cot 2-3.30
Bed 7.00

We kind of fell into that because that's what she wanted. We just noticed her natural routine and made it a regular thing. Your child will probably be different. You can try to create and enforce any routine you want within reason, but you might find it easier just to tweak what your child is already doing naturally.

@Eggless thank you! I'm reading lots about long lunch nap but we absolutely cannot achieve it.

We're in between 3 and 2 naps at the mo I think! Not quite ready to do 4 hours before bed!
