One nap timings with an early riser

Hi guys,

My 16 month old transitioned to one nap about two months ago. During this time we have night weaned her and she now sleep through great. As soon as she stopped waking for feeds she would get up around 530, which we kind of expected and assumed would shift to later, but this week she has been getting up at 430.

I am now really at a loss as to when to put her down for a nap. She is really good natured and doesn’t seem to complain or get grouchy. She goes down really easily for both nap and bedtime. She would definitely fall asleep earlier if we were in the car or something so I tend to keep her busy but I am now wondering if a really long wake windows in the morning is causing these early starts.

current routine would be;

awake at half four
nap 11ish- 1ish
bed 7 on the dot

This has been going on for a week and we are trying to keep her in her room until 530/6 and introducing a grow clock etc but I have read others report this might be a long phase so in the meantime does anyone had advice of when to do the nap and for how long?

Today I have put her down at half ten and intend to give her two hours but who knows!!
