My 13 month old has been having a sleep regression now for the last 6 weeks so I think I may need to change the routine. He now struggles to get to sleep at bedtime and is waking a whole 1-2 hours earlier than he used to. I've tried to drop a nap but it's certainly not that as he just isn't ready and find that 2 - 1 hour naps daily works best. I think perhaps pushing back the bedtime may be a better idea.
Can I ask any experienced mummy's what time they pop their little ones to sleep of an evening and what their wake up time is?
