My DD is 18 months and sleeps through the night, so no problems there, but for about 6 weeks she has been waking after an hour of her daytime nap. Is this a regression and how on earth can I get us back on track? She used to sleep 2-3 hours and when she wakes up she is exhausted still!
I have tried different techniques such as, wake to sleep, which works but then she wakes up 15 mins later. I've gone into the room to resettle her which again works and she goes back to sleep instantly but the second I put her down in the cot she wakes up. I have even just left her for a bit when she's woken in hopes she goes back down on her own (this has worked twice) but hasn't again for a while.
I'm totally stuck on how to improve her naps... she's having busy days, fresh air, tried adjusting her nap time but nothing works!!!
I'm having our second baby soon and so need this sorted before they arrive!
Anyone else gone through this and know what to do?
