Basically that and I'm looking for some company lol he's 11 months he's thinking it's play time GO BACK TO SLEEP PLEASE

Ah god, I'm past this now (thank god, I usually get a lie in til 6am) but I had two like this so I feel your pain!! Early mornings are hard work and bloody lonely x

My two year old is up between 4 and 6 am every day. I'm constantly exhausted 😩

Aw I feel for you OP
He's just drifting off again hopeful I'll get at least an hour x keep telling ourselves it's not for ever X

I had one of these. My only tip is treat anything before 6am as if it was 2am. Just focus on getting them back to sleep, stay in a dark room feed, rock etc. It will take months to change their body clock but it will work.
Once they are old enough you introduce the gro clock along side this method and eventually they'll start to pay attention to it and go back to sleep.
Mine now wakes at 7 at 5yo.

My fella will scream blue murder if we don't take him out of the cot the minute his eyes open. We've got a groclock but no luck so far
