3/4 month old waking up at 3am/4am

Hi, my 3 month nearly 4 month old has been a really good baby in terms of bedtime/night time routine. She is able to self settle herself to sleep everynight after bath, bottle bed routine and on the odd occasion she has slept through without the need for a feed.

However most nights I find that she wakes up at either 3am or 4am and regardless of what I do, encourage self settling, dummy, feed, burp etc she will not go back down to sleep the same. I find she will wake up crying 20 mins-40 mins later. I know she is tired and needs more sleep because as soon as I pick her up she is fast asleep on me. We don't contact nap anymore in the daytime and all her naps are in her cot in the day time but this time of the morning it seems she will only sleep if it is next to me/on me. I can't co-sleep as I can't settle myself.

I have tried a 11pm dream feed but this seems to do the opposite and she wakes up earlier at 1/2am.

Does anyone recommend waking baby up at 11pm for a feed to encourage deep sleep to a later time? or are there any other experiences of the same scanario?

Does she feed at all during the night? Maybe she is hungry, she's still small.
Mine used to have a bottle around 5am then go back to sleep for around 2/3 hours
