Hi all.
baby keeps bumping her head in her cot so Lullaby trust advised on using a travel cot until this phase passes. They said its fine to use its mattress or get a new one.
i have the nuna sena air which mattress isnt sitting flat in the place where it so i got in touch with nuna to fix the issue, but they r insisting that their travel cot isnt designed for everyday use( but i guess they all ate the same)
please please does anyone know of a travel cot that is suitable for everyday use? And with a good mattress??
really im not knowing what to do. Cannot see her bumping her head al the time so i need to use it!!
thanks

We needed a soft sided cot so have a tutti bambini cozee XL- it’s not a travel cot, it’s a bedside cot that comes with an expansion so you can make it bigger so it lasts til age 2. It’s a bit pricy but comfy and nice to have a proper cot vs a travel one if they’re going to be in it every night for ages.

The BabyBjorn travel cot is your best bet. We've been using it for the past 2 years, sometimes for months at a time. It's got flat firm mattress, fully mesh sides for best ventilation I saw in travel cots, it's light and assembles/disassembles in seconds. Although it can be a bit pricey, you can get it second hand as they last ages so people can pass them on.

@riotlady thanks for ur reply. I got the shnuggle air cot but I’m not keeping it as its only 50 cm deep. And she’s already 75cm . May i ask u how deep in the tutu bambini from the top of the mattress to the top rail?

@BananaPalm ah thank you. I actually saw it. Its Babybjorn Light. And it has a really nice mattress but its floor level. Not sure how my back will cope with her frequent night wakings. Thats the one ur talking about i assume?

I’m not sure as my son is only 5 months so still in the bedside crib version, not the bigger cot one. But from the pics it looks plenty deep?
