So I work nights 8pm - 8am. 4-5 shifts a week. Really stuggling to sleep on my days off and find some sort of routine. The problem is not going to sleep I can but I wake up at silly o'clock like 3am, 4am. Most of the time I'm awake from then or my OH has woke me up snorin or I've got up for a wee and then he's snoring. Earplugs don't help at all. I've tried so many brands. Usually when I get days off I try and either stay up all day or sleep a couple hours so I can sleep at night but this is a struggle as I'm so tired after working. Any tips so I can enjoy my days off a bit more rather than sleep the entire day?
Also if I've been awake from 3am or 4am and gone back bed I've then slept u til around 11am. OH currently not working so he does childcare.
