My ten month has never slept through the night he always gets up at least twice quick resettle sometimes some milk. 3 days in a row he's barley slept I mean 10 times worse than new born stage he's only sleeping 30/40 minutes at time and I'm slowly dying.
I have heard when they learn a new skill it effects sleep have you found this?
In the last week he has learned to commando crawl, pull himself up and sofa surf he's also clapping and waving the lack of sleep is making us both a bit worse for ware. If you have experienced this how long did it last? X

Yep just coming out the other side now (I think and hope)

theres another regression around this age which some say is worse than the 4 month one. Mine last a few weeks and gradually got better. Like you mine has never ever slept through and normally 1/2 night wakings but during that time was every hour some nights. It does get better, last night we got 8.30-6am no wakings I still can’t believe it. Literally nothing changed schedule wise to when we were going through it too. If I remember correctly it was around the time he was learning to crawl it took him about 6 weeks of rocking before he learnt to go forward

Christmas Day he started commando crawling so I'm hoping it's better from here on out 😭 as I would really love some

At 9 months I sent dh in to settle ds.. Slept through on the third night... Lack of sleep long term is showing in my physical health years on. As in hypertension and palpitations.. Nothing wrong with trying methods to all get sleep. Ds was a different baby after that.
