Reviews on these please struggling to sleep at night and don’t want to get prescribed sleeping tablets as I have two 5 year olds to look after at night and my partner sleeps as soon as he hits the pillow in a deep sleep? So something that I wouldn’t completely me crashed out with . My daughter often wakes up crying so want to make sure I’m still aware

I’ve used Boots Sleepeze before - they help me fall sleep and not drowsy in the morning. But I don’t think I am in a very deep sleep. You could buy the lower dose and take half to start with?
