heyy so I have a 10M old and he refuses to sleep during the day he’s great but when it comes to bed time it’s a completely different story. I have tried everything i can think of I’ve tried sleep training, putting him in his own room, having a steady routine but I give up he will sleep in our bed for 2 hours then is up screaming to the point we’re getting no sleep.

please help a young mum out

Hey, I don’t really have any answers but I came to say I have a 10 month old and her sleep as gone very weird lately too!!
Very hard to get to nap… sometimes she just has one a day but I try and make it a long one (put her in the sling so I can rock her back to sleep when she starts to wake!)
I co sleep to try and get some sleep too. But I was holding her from 9pm - 11pm and then again from 5:30am - 7am. She wouldn’t be put down and holding her was the only way to make sure she slept!
I think some of it is teething, some developmental and some a cold. All we can do is support and hope the phase passes I think!
But if anyone has any other suggestions I’d be interested!
