My 3y4m old has never been the easiest sleeper but it's not terrible. We have a v consistent bedtime routine of bath, two stories and lights out but one of us stays with her for 5 mins or so next to her bed (she's not in cot) until she drifts off. Usually asleep by 7, wakes between 5.30-6, no real nap anymore except the odd weekend sleep in the car.
She usually wakes up 1-3x a night and more often than not comes into our room, sometimes just calls out. We quietly walk her back to her bed, tuck her in and she's usually back asleep pretty quickly with the reassurance of us there. We have a younger toddler too who wakes at night - doesn't seem to wake her but between them our sleep is very broken.
Any tips for encouraging her not to get out of her bed? We've tried sticker chart but doesn't seem to incentivise her much. I guess we need to leave her at bedtime and not stay but it's a really calm generally quick bedtime at the moment so feels like it works. Anything I might be missing for causing the night wakes?
