Hello, my baby has always been quite a good sleeper - between 7-10 weeks she was sleeping through the night! Then she started waking up a couple of times a night which I’ve no issues with as after breastfeeding her she goes back to sleep very easily…

however the past week, when I put her down at 7:30, she’s woken up at 10:30pm, when normally she wouldn’t wake until midnight? So she’s not really getting sleep longer than 3 hours at a time… is this normal? I’m not sure if this is sleep regression or not, or if im not feeding her enough in the day to keep her full at night to allow her for a longer sleep. To note I’ve never done dream feeds with her so I don’t know why she’s chosen to wake at 10:30pm every evening suddenly.

It’s not too bad that she does this, just wanted to know if this is just part of her development, or if I should be doing something different to allow her to get better sleep?

I'd say she's having a growth spurt. Bf babies tend to start feeding lots to encourage more milk, then when your milk supply increases they'll grow loads. Totally normal. Just feed on demand, it'll probably calm down after a week.
